I came in for a manicure. The ladies were really nice. I had an unpleasant experience. The nail tech was really rough on my nail cuticles on all my fingers and my nails were harshly filed. I got cut multiple times on 7 of my fingers. I started bleeding and told her it was not okay. She kept on going and I was over it. She even touched the blood..and did not wear gloves. I talked to the lady at the front desk and told her it was not okay and I needed to leave. The tools had rust on them. It was a bad experience. I have never experienced a situation as this at a nail salon. My cuticles hurt.

Terrible!! The lady that did my pedicure did a horrible job and was not nice at all. Actually rude. Took her a hour & 15 minutes to do a simple pedicure. Didn’t even trim my nails til I asked her to! Had to come home and remove polish and reapply my own. Total waste of money. The younger gal that was working on other customers seemed nice & friendly. Guess I just got stuck with the wrong person.

I will literally not go any where else! I will wait as long as I have to for my nails to be done by Tina!!! She is amazing! I won’t let anyone else touch my fingers or toes. Love, love, love this place. Tina is also great with my little girl. She does her toes and my daughter loves it. I would recommend this place a million times over!!

I went there and waited 15 mins it never opened I went and ran a couple of errands and called them at 945 asking if they were open and they said yes I said well I had an appt at 9, and waited and kept calling and you guys weren’t open can I come in now and get my nails done?
