A wonderful experience, my first visit, they greet you abd treat you with respect and a great level of kindness, I felt pampered the entire visit, the men’s locker room was so nice w all the soaps and lotions you would need , a very nice glass walled shower as well, with all the soaps you need,a nice robe and sandles are included, Alyssa did a Class A job on my deep tissue massage, we talked about health and wellness subjects , things she knew about and things I’m constantly wanting to learn more about. She dug in very deep,from finger to toes, I’ve been worked on by other establishments but she went the deepest and most thorough I’ve had yet, a great experience and plan to return soon.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! Christy, that did my facial, was amazing, we started out having a pleasant conversation but I realized I did not want to talk so asked to switch to a silent appointment and she did so letting me know things about the appointment and then just letting me relax. And relax I did! This was such an amazing experience, she was the perfect level of gentle, she always subtly let me know where she was with her movements so I was never caught off guard when she touched me and my goodness that hand massage! The while staff was kind and thoughtful. They even gave me a small birthday surprise. I could not be happier and can not wait for my next experience.

I have been here twice and was not impressed with their services either time but particularly the second time when I had pedicures. The ladies there were not friendly, barely spoke, barely smiled. It was incredibly uncomfortable and I would not go back for the price we paid. We were willing to pay more for better services and environment, but that is not what was received.

I did the meditative mood soak and it was so very relaxing and enjoyable. The Woodhouse offers such a luxury experience and while it is pricey, I believe that the price is worth it. Definitely makes the perfect gift for a loved one or treat for yourself!

Such a relaxing atmosphere and the massage therapist are amazing. Other perks include a hot neck wrap, fruit infused water and hot tea refreshments, a beautiful locker and waiting room and knowledgeable staff!

What a special pre- Mother’s Day celebration we had getting pedicures! Our daughter-in-laws and myself got the royal treatment and enjoyed the extra pampering! Thanks to Woodhouse for accommodating all three of us at the same time. It was such a NICE experience.

The atmosphere of the Crestview location and the friendly, caring staff made this spa truly exceptional! I signed up for the Head to Toe relaxation package…massage, facial, and pedicure. I cannot wait to return in the future. In particular, the massage and the facial were phenomenal! I should knock a point off for the pedi, which was rushed and mediocre, but everything else…amazing!

Natalia is a fantastic esthetician and I regularly get facials with her but every esthetician I have seen there are all wonderful and leave my skin feeling amazing so you really cannot go wrong! Massages are also wonderful and the girls at the front desk are so sweet and accommodating. I highly recommend Woodhouse NKY. Truly worth every penny.

The team at woodhouse spa were incredible! My mom and I made appointments to get facials here before my wedding and unfortunately my mom had to go to urgent care the morning of our appointment. The team were so accommodating, flexible, and genuinely understanding of the situation. I cannot not thank them enough for the amazing experience here!
