Have read the bad reviews but that was definitely not my experience today! Had the best massage ever with Kelsey! She listened to what I wanted and did not want and gave me a relaxing wonderful massage. Admittedly scheduling can be difficult but I called a week ago and had them tell me what slots they had available. If you need a specific date schedule way ahead of time

My 50 minute massage was only 30 mins. I arrived 20 minutes ahead of time as suggested and waited til almost 14 minutes past my scheduled massage to be taken back to my room. The great massage was then concluded exactly 50 minutes past the scheduled massage time. 1pm to 1:50pm. With the 6 minutes they take to walk you from the lovely waiting area to your room, where you simply slip off the luxurious robe and onto the table. Disappointed that my massage time was wasted by mismanagement. I hope my experience is not the norm here because it is a really nice spa.

Purchased a massage for my girlfriends bday at the beginning of September and we were told there was no availability but they would contact us within the next few weeks to update us. Over 3 months later, no response. Would not recommend as they don’t communicate very well. Spend your money elsewhere

Wonderful. I am due in 3 days with my second baby and I was looking for some relaxation. I had an amazing massage/pedicure. From start to finish everything was top of the line experience. The staff were all very friendly and hospitable. They put me in the most comfortable robe to ever exist. It’s like I was wrapped in a cloud. I was able to relax in a beautiful, peaceful atmosphere. Then the pedicure included sugar scrub and hot stones and a massage of every single toe. I left there feeling better than I have in months (pregnancy ♀️). They almost had to tell me to leave . I can’t wait to go back and be pampered again!

The ambiance is phenomenal- the robes are plush and luxurious. The surroundings are tranquil and beautiful. I was impressed at the amount of toiletries and other items they supply in the bathroom. The showers are large and feel like a spa treatment themselves because of the aromatherapy and amount of water they use. I got a massage and a mani, and honestly, they were just like any other massage or mani you could get in Lexington, except at almost triple the cost. It is convenient to get all the services in one location, and it feels great to hang out in the quiet room sipping flavored water, wearing their bougie robes with my friends, but I wouldn’t come here regularly because it just costs too much.

She acknowledged the appointment time on line.My wife was really looking forward to this post-Christmas treat.This morning, I also called to follow-up and see if there was a specific type of massage available for her but there was no answer. So I left a message asking the spa to call me back. No one returned my call.This afternoon, my wife expectantly went there for her confirmed appointment at 2pm.When she tried to check in she was told that there was no availability.Confused, she showed them the messages confirming the appointment. They said “Oh.. The system does that”. She asked why my call hadn’t been returned and they staff member said she was too busy to return calls.No apology. The spa itself is extremely nice with a relaxing atmosphere. This was my first massage ever so I can’t say whether it’s the best in town but my hand treatment experience was not good. It was just a seaweed wrap on my wrist and forearms and a manicure. She cut my cuticles so badly they were bleeding nonstop. It’s been a week and they are still in really bad shape and hurting. Do not recommend the hand treatment. Incredibly overpriced even if it had been done well.
