She’s reasonable, has a very relaxed and laid back vibe, professional, clean, uses only the best products on my hair, and is always willing to go the extra mile to make my hair look exactly how I imagine it. Diana was ABSOLUTELY. AMAZING!!!!She made me feel so comfortable and worry free from the time she welcomed me by name.I fell in love with the steampunk/goth/galaxy decor of her suite. Cassandra was incredible; took the time to understand and ask questions about how much I wanted to do with my hair, how much upkeep I would put into, and explained the in-between steps when my hair looked worse before it looked better. She was friendly, kind, welcoming, and funny. Incredibly good at her job. My haircut is SO GOOD. Her ease and expertise are invaluable.It made more of a difference than I realized it would to be in a shop where I knew everyone working there was on the same page and that everyone is safe there.
