I came in from out of town for my sister’s wedding and made an appointment to have my hair curled for her wedding. The girl only curled my hair- no teasing, no extra styling, no pinning, and charged me $45. Had the curls held, I would have been okay paying so much just for curls. However, my appointment was at 11 am, and by 1 pm the curls had already fallen out. I called the salon to see if someone could fix it and the woman I spoke to on the phone said that they couldn’t fix it until later this afternoon, which was too close to the start of the wedding. I asked if someone else could fix it and she told me no, that it needed to be the same hair stylist. I was in tears over how my hair ended up looking and I’m so upset that they weren’t willing to help more. I don’t want to post the name of the stylist because I don’t want to hurt her feelings, and I wouldn’t have even written a review if the salon would’ve been more willing to help me.

I called about 8 Salons yesterday trying to find someone available to help me with my hair crisis. All were booked. I had two friends reccomend Savannah & Co to me and I got very lucky. I was able to get an appointment that day. And let me tell you what, I am BEYOND grateful for the recommendation and for my cosmetologist Victoria and her outstanding skills!! She took my very, very damaged hair and turned me into a new lady!! I showed her a few photos and she explained every one of them to me and what would be best for my hair. She was so extremely helpful, and the absolute sweetest. She even gave me a few styling tips that hopefully I’ll be able to recreate haha I’m in love with my new fancy hairstyle.

I was very wary of going to see Savanna and having her put vivid color on my hair because of my job situation but I have wanted to do this for a long time and she has a great reputation for being able to subtly peek colors through the bottom of the hair that aren’t very noticeable unless you want them to be.

My wife about an hour ago went to this place. Her hair was already a blondish grey color. After two different toners(first one was pink) her hair is now this weird reddish brown color. The color she wanted was a more grey or white color! So my wife still obviously had to pay for sub par work, and on top you tell her that it will lighten up in couple days. I am no rocket scientist, but am scientist and know for fact that brown and red dont lighten to white or grey in couple days. Oh but if by Tuesday it’s not better they did offer to fix it. My wife called me balling, called my sister balling and is now at another salon as next weekend we have our MC ball. I wouldn’t be upset neither would my wife if the mistake was owned and taken care of but it wasn’t.
