She took the time to assess my hair, give suggestions, explain what I needed as far as glaze and deep conditioning, and then she went to work! My hair is now healthier, beautiful and more manageable! My first experience back in January was wonderful. I loved it so much, I made a second appoint. I arrived at 11 am for my appointment. I was greeted with a friendly face, she immediately let my stylist know I was there. I then waited for over 30 minutes before someone else came and offered to help me. I understand things happen and some clients take longer then others, but the stylist could have kept me informed and/or at least acknowledged my existence. I feel like I wasted my lunch hour and gas driving across town 🙁
