I recently relocated back to GA and was looking for a hair salon. I had my color formula from my colorist in Texas and thought it should be simple. I was told the product they use is superior to Goldwell color which is what I used in the past. I was assured I was in good hands and would love my hair. I informed Natalie that I usually process for 45 minutes because my gray is stubborn. She said I would only need to process for 25 because her product was better. Processed and shampooed, sat in front of the mirror and my medium brown hair was accented with hot pink roots!!!! Her solution was “let me dry it” like that would correct the color. She “toned” it down so my roots were brassy red and I left because I was done being a guinea pig. There was no follow up to see if the color was ok… I will not be going back and will continue my quest for a competent colorist.

I have been going to Wild Orchid for about 2-3 years for cut /blow out. Mostly Alba and always a great experience. Everyone is friendly and they listen to what you want done( I am picky about not too much being taken off). I finally made the decision to get eyelash extensions from Natalie WOW !! I am I glad I did. She did an amazing job. She explained everything to me and answered all my questions. It was quick(less than an hour) and quite comfortable. She is friendly and accommodating and she really knows what she is doing. Highly Recommend !

Love Jill!! I made an appt online super last minute that didn’t go through for some reason. When I arrived an hour before they closed for the appt that actually didn’t go through, Jill took me right in even though she was walking out the door! I LOVE the cut she gave me. It was the first time I did a cut like it and it involved cutting seven inches of hair off. I’m obsessed with it and I’m definitely keeping it for a while. Next is to get it colored which I will definitely be going to Jill for! Glad to finally find a good stylist for me in Woodstock.

Wild Orchid Salon is still my fave after 2 1/2 yrs. I must give a “shout out” to Jill, who I saw for the first time yesterday. Her enthusiasm is infectious, and her dedication is exemplary. I laughed the entire visit! Jill took the time to ask me questions about every step of my new cut and color. I went from a shoulder-length A symmetrical ice blond with heavy dark roots to a just below the ear redhead with bangs in two hours. I will definitely be booking with Jill my next visit!
