Horrible experience, they came out so bad, there’s acrylic stuck to my figures, they’re lumpy and the shape is awkward. The lady had no idea what she was doing and acted like she didnt understand me. Also charged me $60. I wouldn’t recommend this shop.

Kim did a great job on Mani. (had to – ) she cut me when cutting cuticles and she handled by putting it in the water bowl and her bare hand (asked for alcohol and she brushed it off). Only issue otherwise everyone there was extremely helpful.

I see the bad reviews, i use to leave here i moved but still drives 1 hour to come get my nails done here. but let me tell you as any other place u gotta know how to work it some people in there are okay, and some are just amazing! LISTEN THE PRICE HERE IS GOOD! but it doesn’t matter when u come get a man to do ur nail service they are the best in there! my fav one just have a child and left broke my heart!!!!!!!but the man that does my toes OMG!!! it always A1 and as for wait just plan ahead!!!! in my photos those 2 man are ur bestfriend!!!!

Went there for the first time with my friend & they did such an amazing job! Linda was super nice & took her time with my acrylic nails, they came out really good and the shape was just how I wanted them to be. Reasonable price too. I would deff recommend them!

I came on Friday the 24th to get a manicure and pedicure… It’s been 4 days and I’ve had the paint on 4 different toes completely come off and my finger nails are completely chipped ! On Saturday both pinky nails had completely came off but I live 40 min away so I decided to repaint myself. WASTE OF 45$ and didn’t get the diamonds I asked for because she ” forgot to charge me ” I was already unsatisfied when she told me that now my nails look disgusting. Will NOT return.

I was just in the Spa yesterday and I would never recommend anyone to go to this nail salon. The owner Wendy is very rude they booked me for an appointment overbooked other people & left me waiting for an hour and then when she finally did do my nails proceeded to yell at me & tell me that I never had an appointment & that I was lying also that I was the reason why her other customers left. Then said that I needed to go back to the nail tech that I went to before her that she doesn’t get along with but told me she didn’t know..Mind you might I add, I’m eight and a half months pregnant & very upset she felt the need to address me this way very unprofessional and made me so uncomfortable!!! As well she never said anything to the lady shouting in her Salon the whole time before she left but gave me a bad attitude and yelled at me the second she sat down to actually do my nails hours later stating that if I hadn’t talked to the customer she would have never left unbelievable!!!!! it was the worst experience that I’ve ever had and I hope that no one goes here for your own sake!!!!

I’ve been coming here for years and every time is extremely disappointing, if it’s not wendy her self doing your nails i can guarantee that it will look crazy, ugly, just not what you asked at all, and if you try to tell the technician what you want done it will go in one ear and out the other. This is always my last choice if the salon i usually go to is closed or busy. I asked for coffin shaped nails i got square i literally had a oicxof what i wanted i showed and put the phone infront of the technician smh its a waist of time and money yes they work fast but how can it be a good when you’re rushing?! This is my opinion

1 not once was I asked what shape I wanted. 2 I had to wait a literal hour to get my nails done when 2 of the workers there were just sitting doing nothing. ( I went there at 5 didn’t leave until 8:19). They acted like they didn’t know what I was saying. The people around me literally had there’s done poorly as well. The nails aren’t even even compared to each other.

I just walked out of there with my feet looking like it’s been 2 weeks since I got a pedicure done. I told Wendy and she did absolutely nothing about it. No putting a foot in there ever again. Not because of the poor skills of the technician, but because of Wendy’s poor costumer service skills. Wish I could post photos in this review. This is very upsetting.
