Well House is a great business with affordable quality services and skilled and friendly professionals. Marissa is my aesthetician. Marissa is a very skilled professional, and kind person. I met Marissa through a referral from my mother who used her for derma-planing. I just had my second chemical peel with Marissa and I have been using her recommended products and skin regimen for 2 months now. I can’t say enough good things about Marissa! On my first visit she listened and took time to look at every one of my skin products and explain the good and bad and her recommended routine. My skin has never looked better and has improved in such a short time after I have felt hopeless for years. I have always struggled with hormonal acne and I am very athletic which has complicated my skin even more in my adult years. During the horrible and heavy snowfall on Martin Luther King Day, they called me to reschedule the appointment I had, which was fine with me. The morning of my rescheduled appointment, my garage door wouldn’t open. This was only an hour before my appointment as it only takes me 35 minutes to get there. I tried pulling the red cord on the garage door to let me open it, but it was too heavy for me to lift. I had no choice but to call them and tell them of my situation. Kelly said “Oh, no problem, did you want to reschedule?” I said not now, I need to take care of my garage and I will call back. Within an hour I recieved a text from my Venmo account that I was charged for a NO SHOW. $50 as is stated in thier policy. I have been going to them for a year. You think with the circumstance of weather and my unfortunate garage door issue they would have gave me grace??? Nope. So they just lost a customer and got thier last $50.00 from me. I am also writing this to forewarn anyone thinking of going here that you really need to WATCH them. They NEVER show you the bottle they are using or the expiration date. For all I know, they gave me an expired botox treatment the last time. For all I know it could have been saline. The only reason why I kept going there was because of Heather, who left them recently. So if you are going to go here, be on guard and beware of the policies of cancellation. it has to be 24 hours or you will get smacked. A very bitter pill to swallow when us ladies are already shelling out big bucks and with inflation???? This policy is not appropriate….especially when my problem was unforeseeable.
