Where do I start?? I have been searching for a new beautician for a long time. Between living in the outer western suburbs, 2 young kids and a demanding work schedule it has been impossible to maintain my hair properly. I found Shay online and I am so happy that I did. It is daunting when looking for a new beautician but my experience with Shay was so stress free. I went in for a circle with a closure. I made my appointment and the rest is history. I love her set up, it’s clean, cozy and private! Shay was very gracious from beginning to end. I was in and out with no waiting. She asked me about my hair needs and gave me great tips. I immediately felt at ease (like I’ve known her forever). I cannot say enough about how overwhelming positive the entire experience was for me. Shay is a true professional and a master of her craft. Shay also has her own hair line which is amazing (not kidding, call her for details), she is a businesswoman and a weaveologist! Last, but certainly not least, Shay slayed my hair! I mean slayed! Ok?!!? Honestly, truly, slayed my hair. I love the way she styled it, I am overjoyed with my result. Shay, like I told you, you have a forever client in me. You are beautician excellence! This is my 4th visit to Shay. I got my lace front closure with the part, in which Shay matched it up perfectly with how I wear my natural part. Let’s say I walked out feeling very hot and sexy. I would definitely recommend Shay for a sew in service. In addition I was done in 2hrs top!!

1st time at this shop but not my first sew-in. Overall my experience was pretty good. I brought hair from the shop and paid for a sew-in. The only thing I didn’t like was the fact that I wanted body wave in a 12 inch. She only had one in a 12 inch and another in a 10 inch. I also believe it’s better to have a hair net sew-in to protect my hair. She didn’t offer that or have that. When she was finished I loved the way my hair looked and how it felt. She did a great job. The weave blended in well with my hair. I will definitely use her again. I will just bring my own hair net for her to sew-in to my hair. It makes taking the hair down so much easier.

Spent 150 for my sew in and 20 to get my lace closure customized- my closure looked like it was only washed, that’s it. Altogether I feel like I threw away 170 and am HIGHLY disappointed; It was my first time getting my hair done here. I Will NEVER go back again.
