Used to go here years ago and they always did a great job. However, I went again recently and very disappointed in my frontal install as it doesn’t look natural and after spending almost $300 I would have hoped to have gotten a better outcome. You make the lace/wig cap look like the persons skin tone before installing.

The experience was terrible. My Mom, sister and I went to have our hair done. The customer service was horrible. Our appointment was at 10am the day our services were performed. We were there a little early for our appointments. They first made us wait an hour. We paid our deposit. We did our part. My mom and I needed our hair taken down and washed. My sister needed hers washed. Those were the extra services we needed besides getting our hair braided and extensions installed. After the take downs and washes, our hair was braided down and weave caps put on and I was sat under the drier. After the drier turned off I went to look for my stylist. He was in the back at the sink with my closure and I asked what was going on and he said he was trying to dye it and I didn’t ask for that. He said he needed to dry the closure and I asked to go get something from the car. He said that’s fine. I was literally gone less than 7 minutes and my mom called me and said hurry up and come back in because a girl was in his chair. I asked what was going on and he ignored me. He sat her down and continued to install the lady’s hair. I was appalled but I didn’t want to get upset. Next thing you know the woman who collects the money came back there and asked what the problem was. I told her my hair was being done and all of a sudden another woman was in the chair and he made me wait and didn’t get back on my head. She proceeded to say we asked for more services when we came and that put them behind and she said either we’re going to wait and not be mad or we can leave. We didn’t want to go out with caps on our heads so we had to just sit there even thought our hair was being stolen because why would the stylist try to dye my closure when I didn’t ask him to. Out hair was very good hair. The lady that took the money was so rude to me and it was like I couldn’t say anything or I had to leave with a cap on my head for all three of our hair we paid almost 1000.00. We got mistreated and still had to pay all that money. They will never have to worry about seeing us ever again also the woman who was doing my mom’s hair kept sticking her with the needle over 30 times and burnt my mom 5 times and my mom told her she was burning her and she kept doing it. It was awful. We had never been treated so horrible.

My nail tech referred me to the weave shop and the were amazing. My normal stylist was running unprofessionally behind for an appointment we had discussed several weeks before hand. Then was extremely rude when she called. My nail tech referred me to the weave shop and the were amazing. This shop is awesome! Ladies don’t walk RunTo the weave shop. They did a great job on my weave with lace closure. I had lost a lot of my hair due to covid and multiple surgeries. I was sad and depressed over my hair loss. Not knowing what to do my daughter told me to go to the weave shop. So glad I did! Krystal and Jeremy B were amazing! I now have long flowing hair again. I can’t say enough about this amazing salon.
