Nena is amazing! I just started recently going to her and my brows have never looked better! I love how she always explains what she is doing and why! She talked me into getting Brazilians (something I have been wanting to try) and my first time experience was amazing and she made me feel so comfortable! 10/10 recommend her and her business! I had never really looked into brow lamination or tinting prior to my appointment, and thought I would just like it for a special event. After having it done once, I know it will be a regular occurrence for me. I LOVE how they look.Nena took the time to explain why she was shaping my brows the way she was and not only did she explain each step of the waxing and laminating process, but she was sure to make sure I was happy with each step before moving on to the next.Prior to the appointment, she reached out with thorough directions, which I appreciated, and she followed up after the appointment to see if I had any questions. I recently had Nena do a brow waxing, lamination, and tint. She was so thorough, detailed, and professional! I had never really looked into brow lamination or tinting prior to my appointment, and thought I would just like it for a special event. Had my eyebrows waxed and laminated for the first time ever and Nena did such an amazing job. My eyebrows look so good, I can’t stop looking in the mirror. She is so sweet and professional, made me feel really comfortable.
