This was my first time using this location. They are new to this location, although they have another location. Probably won’t be back. Just wasn’t a friendly environment. I saw Kimberly. Although her technique was flawless, her bedside manner not so much. Also, I chose not to get my lip and instead wanted chin. Wasn’t told that would be extra. I felt like it was a big deal to not want my lip instead of chin and the extra charge seems excessive. $10 more. They didn’t charge me this time but seems crazy to have to pay $10 more dollars to change. The place I go normally does not charge extra for the change. Even though this place is considerably closer, I will stick with my usual place. Tried to give my business to this location but too much trouble to get sub par service.

I am so glad that I found a wonderful Brazilian wax place near me. I used to go to an Atlanta brazilian wax franchise in Lawrenceville which was great but when I moved, it was hard to find any good ones near me because the estheticians were not consistent or good. That’s when I finally gave The Waxing Spot a try. I was a customer ever since it was at the Hamilton Mill location before it moved near Mall of Georgia. I love that all the estheticians are trained the same way so they are all good. Out of everyone though, I prefer Lisa. She does it in a way where Brazilian waxes aren’t painful. I also love that she uses the tweezers to really get into the ingrown hair. I highly recommend Lisa. In addition, appointments are really easy to be made and they are always on time.
