They were amazing! I’m not sure who the name of the lady waxing me was but she was wonderful, she kept me distracted and it was almost painless. She also told me they have a 7 day free touch up period in case they miss anything. This is also one of the cheapest waxing places I’ve ever been to so for the quality and price it is absolutely amazing. Highly Recommend.

I love her, she talked to me, made me feel welcome and comfortable, everyone was so nice and welcoming! I have very smooth legs now and I just can’t say enough good things about this place! Critical: ProfessionalismUsually my experience here is a decent one each time you get a different person waxing your brows so you get different result however this last time I was having a lot of anxiety due to a recent unexpected death in my family and the heavy set black girl took me back and I said “how are you” and got no reply she honestly looked aggravated. I laid down on a flat table and she started to wax my ear brows didn’t say a word to me and I went into full panic mode and could not breath. I asked her if she had a pillow to elevate my head a little she said NO, I was just wanting to get out of there. She was the most Uncompassionate person I’ve ever met in my life. I left and did tip her for her time but Will Not be going back. This lady doesn’t do quality work she has waxed mine and my daughters brows before.
