She then got an attitude when I just wanted to know for my own health and safety. Do not recommend this place.. Avoid at all cost.

I booked a Brazilian wax with Karina, she was very friendly and walked me through the whole process since it was my first time getting waxed. Very quick and smooth. 10/10 would recommend. Definitely coming back

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI had an appointment which I called to confirm 2 hours before my service time. I had to go during my lunch break as that was the only available time. When I got there I was told they called me 15 mins earlier (while I was driving) to ask if I could wait an hour or 2 as they were really behind. I had to return to work so I couldn’t wait. I explained this to the receptionist but she said she couldn’t do anything to accommodate me.
