Inconsistent and not punctual. I have been here a total of two times and my mistake for giving it another chance. I got a “full face wax”. For the first time, on 6/10 (appointment with Kayla) they were late to open so I was waiting outside (no apology was given). I got scabs around my mouth where the wax was done, I believe the wax was too hot. I didn’t notice it until 2 days later when my skin had time to heal. The “full face wax” included, my cheeks, chin, mustache, sideburns, eyebrows and forehead.

This was my first time at The Wax Room and I loved it. It was the quickest and most efficient experience I have ever had getting a wax. Alexis truly is the best at what she does, had me distracted the entire time & only took 15 minutes! The results are the best I’ve ever had, not a hair left in sight! I definitely recommend anyone going here & remind you this is a black owned business! Always a plus to support my own. Definitely will be booking again.
