They get the job done and quick. The ladies are friendly, but efficient. The reason I’m not rating a total 5 star (wish I could rate 4.5) is because I feel they are a bit too rough. I get you have to be rough but I have left there more raw then I did with the original lady who I started waxing with many years ago. With that said I will still come back here because the atmosphere is great, they do a great job and are very reasonable.

Malena is amazing! I went in for a face wax before my wedding and she did an amazing job. I have had so many compliments on my eyebrows. My husband had his nose waxed and she did amazing as well. Not the cleanest and overpriced. I went for my first ever bikini wax and it was a terrible experience. The towel I was given to cover myself with didn’t look very clean and had a hair on it. I wasn’t very pleased with the result and had a burn or something in one spot that took over a week to heal. Malena was pretty great tho and talked with me to distract, but soft wax was very painful. Next time I went and got a hard wax and it was a million times better.

I got dipped nails with a tip, and instead of using gel topcoat, they just used normal topcoat. My nails looked completely bubbly underneath because of this, and 4 days later fell off. I was extremely disappointed in the quality and service, and won’t return to spend 2 hours, $35+, for less than poor results. The KC area has way too many better salons to spend your time and money at, who employee friendlier, more efficient staff.

I cannot talk Samantha up enough! Fantastic waxing skills! Good conversationalist! Super fast! Super thorough! She made me so comfortable and put me at ease!
