I’ve been going to the Wax Loft this past summer and they really give great customer service! The staff know how to make your experience calming and quick, especially for a nervous newcomer like me. They talk you through the whole process and provide great after-care products and directions. Scheduling is also easy online and in-person. Definitely recommend if you live in the AA!

I have been going to The Wax Loft to get my brows done since my freshman year and U of M and am now a grad student. The staff are always friendly and I love the conversations I have with the estheticians during appointments. I have pretty full eyebrows so I usually go once every six weeks to get them shaped/cleaned up and they do a great job. Online scheduling is super easy and they text you reminders and any changes in their schedule. They also check in on you after your appointment to see how your skin is doing and if you need anything. Great location for students above the M36 coffee shop and they go above and beyond with customer service. Will miss this place when I graduate!
