I’ve been here twice and both visits I felt very unwelcome and uncomfortable. However, the front desk receptionist is very friendly and kind. I was serviced by Tionda. She does a good job and is educated, however the customer service provided by her was not great. There was no conversation the entire time, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable and tense for an already stressful situation. I can understand not being in the mood to talk, but in situations where a client is being serviced in a vulnerable state, it’s important to make them feel comfortable and cared for. I was already nervous for my appointment and the unwelcoming vibe really added to it. When I was spoken to, I was hardly even looked at. I was really hoping to be able to form some sort of relationship and keep returning for the services provided. I unfortunately left feeling uncared for, unwelcome, and overall disappointed.

The staff is always super friendly. Since I have only had 4 to 5 waxes I still get nervous. While getting taken care of my estheticians are always nice enough to keep a conversation going and or listen to music (becuase I ask). I feel the conversation or music helps take my mind off the procedure. The front desk is also friendly and polite as well.

My first time coming to the Wax House was today. I came and got a brazilian and it was the best wax experience I’ve ever had. Torianna was so easy to talk to and she explained everything she was doing every step of the way. She was also so gentle when pulling the strips. Very very little pain. Highly recommend this place.

I came in on a Saturday afternoon for a walk in eyebrow wax. I was out in 15 minutes and my eyebrows look so amazing. Justice did a great job and was super nice. I’ll be booking regularly 🙂

Unfortunately although she was welcoming and made me feel comfortable I was left without a smooth finish after getting a Brazilian. It was not my first rodeo, and I know it’s not going to be a walk in the park. It was the most painful I’ve ever felt and it seemed as if the esthetician was inexperienced. It was my first and last time there.

I didn’t have issue with staff. I get checked in right away. There is a big waiting lounge, restrooms are clean and smell good. There are so many servicies this place provides something for everyone. Provide service to men as well.

Very disappointed in the service I received this time. My profile picture is from a month ago when I was in a wedding and my brows were done by Tionda who had taken her time to get them in perfect shape… perfect for me!! The picture below was done by Latrice… She thinned them out too much, which I had asked for them to be cleaned up without losing the shape I had, because I have very thin brows already. This is what I got. She waxed first and then tinted my brows which burned. As you can see, the hair on the one brow is gone on the end.
