I started my wax experience here in 2015. Jae, the owner talked me through the entire process and made me feel comfortable and at ease. Here we are 7 years and a few bad experiences later, she’s still giving the same EXCELLENT customer service. I went 2 years without waxing because of my experiences with Bloomfield wax center. Today, Jae made talked me through my process. Allowed me to breathe through a not so comfortable event. All while being quick and efficient. Truly an amazing owner with amazing business and work ethic. Shout out to Jae for bringing me back into the wax life.
