I showed up 15 minutes early for my appointment considering I am a new client. Door was locked and no sign said closed. I called and let them know I was there, and happy to wait in the car. Tried going in at appointment time and still no one was there. I called again. She said “she is at lunch would you like me to see if she is close” ?!?!?!?!?!?! Of course they require prepayment, and refuse to refund me. I will be taking this further. TERRIBLE.

Kay does my Brazilian. I love her. She is quick and efficient! I never have an trouble scheduling at the last minute (I’m always on call so I can’t plan too far in advance). Everyone there is so nice and they keep the place clean and smelling good. There are places closer to me but I drive here!
