Visited Brittany for the first time this month and had my eyebrows waxed. I felt super relaxed and comfortable with Brittany. She explained each step as she went through the process. Brittany is super easy to talk to and we had a nice conversation throughout – which says a lot because I am not so great at socializing :). The space was nice, clean and as a bonus – smelled great. Best decision ever!!!! For years I’ve been going to chain waxing franchises and hating my experience. Whether it be discomfort in the room with a random waxer or down right bad results and severe breakouts after the wax I felt like I could never win. I gave up for a while and then finally found Brittany! She is amazing. Aside from doing a fantastic job, she’s so friendly, explains the process well, uses great products, and has the cutest suite.
