I’ve been going to Wax and Relax for over three years. Tristen is THE best at lashes! My lashes ALWAYS look perfect when she’s finished. The bed is comfortable, as I’ve been to a place that sat you in a chair for two hours. It was absolutely HORRIBLE – my back was killing me afterwards.

I was someone who was looking for a first time experience and was excited to have it done here after reading many reviews and come to find out the young lady to schedule me apparently has told me on several different occasions the wrong time which end up being 30 minutes after the time that apparently I was scheduled for even though I have been told 130 and I was sent out without anybody trying to figure out something that would be a resolution for me as well I took my day off was excited and now she has no more availability until next month I will not be visiting this place again it was a far drive for me and I felt completely disrespected

If you are a beginner in getting a brazilian and not sure where to start. Tristen is definitely the person you want to make an appointment with. She is so professional, warm and very welcoming. I’ve been going to her for years and she always makes it seem like we are just old friends catching up. Not to mention her work is by far better than others in the metro area! She has been so great in answering any aftercare questions I have had! I can’t say it enough, the quality of her service is the best!!
