No one was wearing a mask except for me which should have been red flag number one. I got dip and she didn’t drill down my nails and they looked awful it was one of the worst experiences ever and overpriced i might add for someone who doesn’t know what they are really doing, won’t be going back!

very long wait time when i had made an appointment weeks before hand & i was the only customer in the shop… the girl who did my pedi was very sweet & friendly but the owner kept coming out of the massage room & getting onto her then after the fact people kept coming in for walk ins & the girl who was doing my toes was the only worker there & the owner refused to help her & let all the work pile up on her worker while she sat & played on her phone after she finished the customer getting a massage, they were the only 2 working at the time so all the walk ins were waiting while the owner was on her phone, very unprofessional for someone who runs a business
