The W Salon

Critical: QualityWe left the W salon an hour ago and were very unhappy with the service and the price we got charged. My daughter is 14 years old and wanted a 1 inch trim. We ask for an appointment and received and appointed the be t day with Vicky. When we got to the saloon my daughter was called to the chair and Vicky ask what cut she wants and we said we only want a 1 inch trimming. She started trimming the hair dry – without combing. It took her 10 min and then she said she is done. She did not wash, shampoo, blow dry her hair neither did she put any products in her hair. I was surprised and wondering what’s going on. Once we checked out she charged us $75. When I questioned the service and the price, Vicky responded that that’s her price and that was it. We left the W salon an hour ago and were very unhappy with the service and the price we got charged. My daughter is 14 years old and wanted a 1 inch trim. We ask for an appointment and received and appointed the be t day with Vicky. Positive: Quality, ValueI came to this salon after searching curly haircut specialist on google and found many review for Vicky at the W Salon, so I decided to go for it! I had just started embracing my natural wavy/curly hair and my hair seriously needed the right cut and some love. Vicky did just that, and she’s so pleasant to work with as a bonus! She did a curly haircut (cut when it’s dry) and showed me every method I should be doing for my curly hair, all the way down to how to wash and condition, which I wasn’t doing correctly before! I had a great experience and the cut brought so much life to my hair. I came to this salon after searching curly haircut specialist on google and found many review for Vicky at the W Salon, so I decided to go for it! I had just started embracing my natural wavy/curly hair and my hair seriously needed the right cut and some love. Vicky did just that, and she’s so pleasant to work with as a bonus! I love my haircut and learned a lot about how to care for my hair better during my appointment. Everyone was kind and friendly at the salon. I was really nervous to get bangs for the first time, but Nargis did a great job with my hair! I love my haircut and learned a lot about how to care for my hair better during my appointment. Everyone was kind and friendly at the salon. I made my appointment the night before and they were ready for me right on time the next morning. Would definitely recommend!
