I got a gel manicure (basic nail art) and regular polish pedicure a few weeks ago when visiting my parents. I always would go to a W Nail Bar location due to their great hygiene practices and consistent level of service. The new Bridge Park location is no exception. I believe Zoie serviced me at the beginning of July. I had an 8 am service. I showed up right on time and Zoie was ready for me. She helped me find a good pink color for the base of my French manicure. She was very sweet and quiet which I don’t mind (especially at 8 am!) The salon plays great music and the employees are always kind. The mirror pic attached was taken 3 days after my service (forgot to take a pic of my nails specifically ) and the photo of my nails up close is exactly 4 weeks later. Minimal chipping at the corners, and my nails still feel strong. If I lived closer I would have come in for a fill!

I’m very disappointed in my experience here. I was so excited to treat myself and get a gel nail manicure before I went to a wedding but unfortunately they didn’t even last 2 days. As nice as she was, my tech, Robin didn’t do a great job. She applied the polish too far from my cuticles which made them look like it had been growing out for weeks and the gel was so thin that it chipped in the first 2 days, when it’s supposed to last a week or two. The gel removal wasn’t much better, I waited 25 minutes for an appointment that I had scheduled in advance. They should book appointments further apart if they aren’t able to complete them in the set amount of time. My removal service seemed very rushed at the end and she didn’t even bother to buff my nails after she had removed the polish, leaving me with extremely rough nails that I had to buff myself when I got home. I also left with cuts on my fingers from the nail file. Safe to say I won’t be back and I regret spending my money on polish that lasted 2 days

myself and my bridal party used this location for our wedding day services. the staff was kind, fun, and talented. they even gave me an upgrade in my services due to an issue I was having with a wedding vendor that was not at all their responsibility. it was on of my bridesmaids first times getting a manicure and she said she is now addicted and wants to go monthly! I loved my nails and got so many complements on my wedding day; Clarissa did an amazing job! Robin did my pedicure and was able to accommodate the time crunch that I was under (due to a timeline error on my end). would happily return to the W nail bar next time I’m in need of a mani/pedi!

Was charged for my monthly membership and received an email that I still had 2 free manicures, was NEVER told that these “expired” once I cancelled. I went online and booked an appointment here. During the online scheduling process, it said that I would be charged $0 for the manicure. When checking out, I told the associate, Valerie, that I should have a free manicure on there. She told me that I did and that my total came to $0 and that I would only have to pay for gratuity. I then receive an email that I was charged for the full manicure after being told TWICE that it was free due to me paying for my membership. I then reached out to The W customer service and they are denying me a refund for a service that I was told would be free and that the membership I paid over $120 should have covered. I have messaged the location and have even called to try to speak to the manager, Olivia, and have not heard back. It seems as though this company has a real issue with communicating clearly which is an issue I have and why I will no longer be using them. This is also what has made me cancel my membership in the first place. I spend too much money each month on a membership to continuously receive subpar manicures and terrible customer service. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I feel like the nail Tech did a great job but the chairs are super not comfortable. I’m tall and it just doesn’t fit tall ladies well.. plus I’m spoiled by my old place that has the massage loungers.
