Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI booked a gel mani and side by side with my mom. I booked 3 weeks ago my appointment make sure there was availability. I spoke with Sandra who is a supervisor. She not only cancelled my appointment against my wishes but called me rude and argumentative. All because I told her what I booked was different then what I got scheduled for. Sandra pretends that if the appointment is not what you booked to be quiet and not say anything. The moment you correct the error you are rude and argumentative. I told her I did not want her to cancel my appointment and she said she had the right to do that and refuse service. No wonder this nail bar had terrible reviews. Then she hung up on me. If the founders of the nail bar knew how she treat customers they would be surprised and embarrassed by how unprofessional she is. I booked a gel mani and side by side with my mom. I booked 3 weeks ago my appointment make sure there was availability. I spoke with Sandra who is a supervisor. She not only cancelled my appointment against my wishes but called me rude and argumentative. All because I told her what I booked was different then what I got scheduled for. Critical: Quality, ValueCharged me as much for a gel manicure and regular pedicure at the nail salon I go to religiously in Houston for just a gel manicure. I got my nails done with gels there on Saturday and they are already are chipped when it is Tuesday; they were supposed to last at least two weeks. Not worth the value for how much they charge.Update: They did five out of ten of my nails free of charge. We shall see if they will last two weeks like they assured me in the original appointment. Charged me as much for a gel manicure and regular pedicure at the nail salon I go to religiously in Houston for just a gel manicure. I got my nails done with gels there on Saturday and they are already are chipped when it is Tuesday; they were supposed to last at least two weeks. Not worth the value for how much they charge.
