I am very disappointed in my experience at W Nail Bar. I purchased the basic pedicure ($55) and when I booked my appointment, I also selected the $10 massage add-on. I received my pedicure which took just under an hour. It was fine, nothing special – but what upset me is after I paid ($65 plus 20% tip) I realized that I had not in fact received any type of “additional massage.” I didn’t initially say anything because I thought for a second maybe I didn’t select that option, but after going back to my reservation and doing the math in my head – I realized I did pay for it. I am not one for confrontation EVER, but I got brave and told the woman who performed my service that I believed I was over-charged because I did not experience the add-on service. I was then told by her that “the hot towel wrap (which lasted for about 30 seconds), the scrub that was put on my legs and cuticle oil on toes was indeed considered the “massage.” But when reading the description of the basic pedicure for $55 – these items are included in the base price. So I left feeling not relaxed, but taken advantage of and do not plan to return again. If you are not going to receive an add-on massage/service, don’t offer it as an option. To sum it up, you could probably find a more robust pedicure service somewhere while saving $$$.

I was asked to be a nail model for Norma, and she did not disappoint! From the moment I walked in and until I left, I felt relaxed and pampered. I loved the natural aspect of this salon, no drills used, and essential oils used in products. I will definitely be back! Norma is very friendly and keeps up a conversation while doing nails. A great way to start my weekend!

I made an appointment online at 10am for a basic mani at 2:15. I arrived at the W right before 2pm. I was checked in & picked my color. Knowing I was early wasn’t an issue. The young lady who was going to be doing my mani came over & introduced herself. Said she was with a client which was no issue because again, I was early for my appointment. She stated the woman she was with had a mani pedi so I told her it was fine if she needed to clean up or eat as again, I was early. Turns out I misunderstood her, she was just STARTING a mani/pedi on the client after soaking off her gel polish. After realizing she was just starting at 2:08 & my appointment was at 2:15, I asked if there was anyone else available to do my mani & she advised not at that time & it would be 45 minutes at a minimum before I was seen. She offered to rebook my appointment however, this was bluntly inconsiderate of my time & therefore equates to not worth me spending my money with this salon.

I was recently in the Fishers nail bar a couple of weeks ago for a gel mani and pedi. Manicure was just ok. Definitely not worth the price though. The nail tech who was assigned to do my pedicure started by removing the old polish and after she did that she disappeared for awhile. When she returned she proceeded to tell me I have a contagious nail fungus and she unfortunately cannot do my pedicure and to go see doctor about it. I just happened to have my annual dermatologist appt 10 days later. When my dermatologist examined my nails she said I absolutely do not have a fungus. She said it was nail polish stain from my previous pedicure. I would think a nail tech would know the difference between a nail fungus and nail polish stain. This was very embarrassing and unnecessary that I had to go through this. I would hope no one else will have to experience what I did!!! You need Train your nail techs better!!!!

I had a pedicure done by Renee and it was amazing. She did a great job on my pedicure and she was extremely nice. My polish was done by Beth and she did a great job. The service here was great and I will definitely be coming back. Pedicure

I was nervous about coming here since the reviews were low but my friend had a good experience and recommended it so I decided to give it a try. I booked an essential pedicure for myself and the “Jo” pedi for my husband. It was a disaster.

I’ve been to this location twice. The first time, the tech did a nice job but the polish chipped a few days later. I went back to the location to get them fixed. Tiana and Lizzy were outstanding. They wouldn’t just fix the nails, they did a whole new set at no cost to me. After the polish chipping so soon, I wasn’t planning on going back but since I got such wonderful service the second time, I will be back.

Not sure how this business operates since they have numerous locations but only one point of contact and it seems you can never actually get through to a person. With that being said, if I could give zero stars I would….I went to the Fishers, IN location back in June and while my tech was very nice, I paid $107 including tip for a basic gel mani & pedi which then started peeling off 3 days later. Not only did they try to over charge me while I was there and lowered it $10, they then over charged me after I left which I realized once I received my receipt via email. I called the shop (or wherever it was that I got through to) and let them know and she said she issued the refund and sent me another receipt via email. I went on my Chase app today (7/18) to realize the refund never went through. I then tried to call someone to let them know and received a text from an OH number that it was issued back on 6/27. So I called and spoke to the “customer support” rep who said she saw the refund receipt but there was nothing they could do further and then proceeded to hang up on me. I know I sound like your usual review poster, which I think this might be the 2nd review I’ve ever posted in 20+ years. But not only was the service horrible, way overpriced and peeled 3 days later, the customer service was atrocious. 0/10 and would never recommend.

Horrible! I go for appointment drive about 40 minutes to just get there for a lash lift and tint because I’ve been told it is worth it. TOTALLY NOT. I was told the chemicals were left out so they were unable to do the lift but could still do the tint. I figured no i’ll just wait until next Wednesday when there’s an opening. Get a text that says they can’t provide this service AGAIN. Very upset since I needed this done for pictures this weekend.

Tried W Nail Bar today for the first time!! I had a gel manicure with Ashley and it’s one of the best gel manicures I’ve gotten! She spent a lot of time making sure my nails looked perfect and I was happy with them! I love how their salon does not use drills on nails and they are very clean and sterile when working with their customers… Will definitely be back!
