I have been coming to The W Nail Bar in New Albany for a few months now. Louise does a FANTASTIC job! I have the TOO BLESSED TO BE STRESSED membership and get to see her for biweekly manicures and monthly pedicures. Friendly, timely and cleanly. Well worth it.

I was a very loyal customer, but if I could give them 0 stars after my recent experience I would. I had a membership with plans of keeping it for a long time. That was until I had to cancel an appointment. I had a family member who had a medical emergency and I had to cancel the day of my appointment. I called the next day to explain my situation and they STILL charged me $133 for the services. I understand why they charge people for cancelling for no apparent reason but I had a family medical emergency that I couldn’t have possibly known about 24 hours in advance in order to cancel. I will never use this place for services again and my membership has already been cancelled. Unless you are able to foresee emergencies in your future that may cause you to have to cancel an appointment quickly I suggest finding somewhere a little more understanding.

I love W Nail bar as a business, used to go to the German Village location. Everyone that works here is very amicable and professional, even when I’m being confusing about what color I want. It’s a clean and welcoming place to get your nails done ✔!

My recent visit took forever over an hour and a half to have gels removed and new gel manicure. Received one coat of color as the tech ran out of time. I didn’t get the scrub or any of the extras that are usually included in the visit and it looks sloppy and uneven. Feel like I need to have them removed and a fresh coat.

Critical: QualityGot a pricey pedicure that chipped within 1 week. I stopped in to have it fixed and was told I needed another appt and nothing was open for 2 days. Easy fix that could easily have been taken care of in 5 minutes. Won’t be returning, I’ve never had a pedicure chip so easily and then such a problem trying to get it resolved!Service: Pedicure

I went and got my eyebrows waxed and tinted, as well as my eyelashes lifted! Mya, the girl who does them is the only one I will trust now on for doing them. Not only do they look amazing, I feel amazing. Mya was super sweet and made a point to ask if everything looked okay, and felt okay! I will definitely be back to see her!
