It took me a while to find a doctor that made me feel comfortable. Dr. Vineyard and his staff are extremely professional: they take time to listen and time to explain. They made me feel very comfortable with my decision to have implants out. A first rate professional experience. I am so amazingly blessed to have found VIPS. From start to finish it was clean, professional and made me feel like I made the right choice in who I chose to do my surgery. On day of surgery, I made it to surgical center and everything again was explained in great detail. He was patient and kind and a very good listener to concerns and explains exactly why he does things and goes over in detail and does not rush. He sang to me as I went under and let me say he has an amazing voice and so does his nurse!! It was honestly the best surgery experience I have ever had. The professionalism and quality of care are beyond what I was expecting. I highly recommend Dr. Vineyard and his staff they are truly amazing.

There is so much I can say about this group, I was very unhappy and needed compassion and a bit of hand holding, what I received was nothing less then excellence. From the first call, visit, to procedure and post op you are treated with top notch care. Staff us an extension of the provider and they truly are the best. I had Morpheus8 and CoolPeel done with Savannah and have LOVED my results. Morpheus8 really improved my stubborn jowls that I have started to notice over the last few years and the CoolPeel has helped my pore size and skin texture tremendously (especially around my eyes!). Prior to choosing Dr. Vinyard and his practice, I did a ton of research. When I went for my consultation it was the first time I had ever set foot in a plastic surgeon’s office. I expected to be intimidated but I was immediately put at ease by the gracious staff. All of my questions were addressed and Dr. V was wonderful. When I walked out, I knew the bar had been set pretty high. Before committing I wanted to consult other surgeons and I’m glad I did. There was no comparison and it confirmed that Dr. V was the one for me. You don’t have to believe my review – just take a look at his work. The results speak for themselves. Dr. Vinyard and his team are exceptionally spectacular!!! From the moment I walked in for my consultation with Gina whom is amazing and so friendly, to the moment I walked out for my 3 month post op appointment, I have been served with smiling faces, genuine care and concern through the entire process. I especially was very nervous the day of surgery but Mary-Louise and Dr. Vinyard were super comforting and the country singing duo really put me in a calming state before going under. Also, Mary-Louise was more than willing to communicate via text before, during and after surgery. She always responded either with a text or a call and answered any questions I had. Rosemary was also a superb addition throughout my recovery. I could call anytime and ask any question that I had concerns about. All in all I couldn’t be happier with my results! My confidence has improved tremendously and I will be seeing them again to improve other areas I would like to change. I recommend Dr. Vinyard and his team to everyone!!!
