My haircut was good. But I felt deceived by the window sign advertising $10 haircuts for walk-ins on Wednesdays. My barber Marvin said that price was only for a basic cut, not a fade (even though their menu clearly includes a fade as a basic cut). Instead I was given a $10 discount off $35. (See photo — their service menu doesn’t include prices. I should’ve asked ahead of time.) This was a lot more expensive than I expected to pay.

1st time going in day before yesterday. I Was excited and everyone was very welcomed and friendly.. but terrible performance. left patches of hair in my head and literally had to tell him what to use. I got frustrated and told him I’ll do my facial hair, When I get home. When I got home I seen it was worst than I thought. Next day came back in and ask could they guide me to a better barber & sent me to the owner which he was trash too .. fade was wayy off, kept stopping & talking, very aggressive, and didn’t listen to what I told him to do .. very disappointed !! So I’m cheap, cheap as hell it come from a different Era and cheaper times. With that said I don’t call this a barbershop these are hair artists extremely detailed and knowledgeable about their work and their tools. I love paying the price because their work looks better than other shops. They have made basic cuts look custom and custom cuts, don’t even get me started. The 5 star service is personality, I felt comfortable, the environment is beyond dope communication and atmosphere does not produce any awkward emotions.

Told the guy exactly what I wanted. He pretty much went ahead and just cut all my hair off super short and left a odd bunch of long hair at the front. I hope he tried to give the world’s worst haircut on purpose because if not he s gotta change profession. The whole thing took well over an hour where usually I get a nice haircut in like 25mins. I’m still shocked. Only way to fix this is to wear a hat for the next three weeks. Thanks

very dissatisfied with this place. especially considering the haircuts are $35-$40 just for a basic haircut. then the haircuts are bare minimum haircuts. I would have to walk the barber what to do. the barber ‘marvin’ I went to when I first came was decent. then everytime after that it was horrible. he was never ready for the haircut whenever I set an appointment. I had waited 45 minutes for a haircut I had already set an appointment for. didn’t even want the haircut at that point. I’ve now had my appointments canceled everytime after that. for almost $50 you would think you’d get not only better customer service but just a better haircut. I will not waste anymore money here and I don’t recommend anyone else to.

This whole barbershop is filled with talented barbers, I have not tired anyone else yet, but from my first experience it was solid. Make sure to make an appointment online.
