Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI entered as a walk in and was waited on immediately. This place is very clean and use good quality massage chairs and equipment. I had one of the best pedicures ever done by Donna. She did the full spa treatment on my toes and her work was done with such detail not to mention she was so nice and has a great personality. I highly recommend asking for her when making an appointment. I had my manicure done by Wendy and she was equally good. They broth were very professional! I will only ask for them in the future. I entered as a walk in and was waited on immediately. This place is very clean and use good quality massage chairs and equipment. I had one of the best pedicures ever done by Donna. She did the full spa treatment on my toes and her work was done with such detail not to mention she was so nice and has a great personality. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI read all the reviews before I went and because there were so many negative ones I was really hesitant. But decided to try because I have been waiting for a nail salon to open up close to my house. They were ready for me when I showed up. Shirley did my nails. I’m very picky and I never let them shape my nails. I decided to let her. She did a good job the first time. But second time I paid $80 for mani pedi and spent an hour at home fixing the thickness and shape. I showed her a very simple picture of short nails. But my nails looked like skittles when she finished. They looked nothing like the picture. I sent both my daughters at different times just to keep giving them a chance before posting a bad review. Unfortunately they had the same complaints. I can’t wait for nail garden to open up in PR plaza. The salon is very dirty. My chair was full of nail dust and the files and nail clippers she used were not new and or sanitized. She took them out from a dirty box. which can lead to infections. Also it’s such a beautiful space and plaza but they had all the shades closed which made the salon look dark and depressing. The windows are so dirty it’s foggy when you look through them. Hence the shades down probably. I read all the reviews before I went and because there were so many negative ones I was really hesitant. But decided to try because I have been waiting for a nail salon to open up close to my house.
