I recently had my first appointment with Katelynn and she did an INCREDIBLE job! From the moment I sat in her chair, I felt extremely comfortable. Not only is she extremely kind and easy to talk to, she truly got to know my hair and the style I was going for. I went in with very long hair that had no shape after not being cut for a year, and walked out with one of the best medium length cuts with layers and curtain bangs (that was also tailored to work with my naturally curly/wavy hair) I have EVER gotten. The way she was discussing my hair with me and explaining her techniques showed just how knowledgable and comfortable she is with her craft. The atmosphere is very relaxing in the salon and (other people have said this and I agree) you truly feel welcome from the moment you walk in by everyone working there! I look forward to going back to my next appointment with Katelynn. 🙂
