I don’t trust a lot of people in my hair due to past, not so good, experiences. However, I needed something done to my hair. The first thing I liked was how the website was set up. I was drawn in. Then reading all of the positive reviews sold me on trying Iman out. I’m glad I did it. Iman’s rates are reasonable. She’s efficient with her time. I appreciated even just the estimated amount of time I’d be there. I love the hairstyle. I enjoyed the experience and I feel comfortable saying I’ll be back for more services.

I booked a couple appointments here after being recommended by someone that she’s good with black hair. I looked on her site and saw she stated she’s also good with multi cultural hair. Man was I excited! I get a text via style seat that an earlier appointment is available but I’d be charged a $10 early access fee. I have to pay someone because they have an earlier opening? I thought that was ridiculous! Especially when added to the $25 is half of what I’d pay to do all of my hair and all I needed was a flat iron. I canceled my appointments immediately and told the two other potential clients who were looking to book about the situation. They weren’t pleased either.
