Sarah is amazing, She took such great care of my 8 year old daughter. She was able to take her same day and was so friendly and great with her even though my daughter was nervous. Once I saw how great she did with my daughters hair, I booked an appointment for myself the very next day. She took 3 years of growth off and gave me an amazing pixie cut.

I decided to try a new salon closer to home. The Vault is a beautiful salon with a wonderful staff. Everyone was very welcoming. Mary my stylist listened to everything I wanted before starting. She also suggested product and gave advice to help me with my hair. She highlighted, cut and styled my hair. My hair looks beautiful. The color is very natural and she truly was a pleasure to converse with. If you want to be pampered this is your place. Prices are right on point. Truly a very nice salon with excellent customer service! They will make you feel right at home.

Maribel and Carmen at the Vault are amazing!!! I recently moved to the city and I still make the trip back to see them both. Maribel is without a doubt the best for all things brows and lashes! Making monthly trips so she can get me right because I refuse to let anyone else touch my brows. Carmen is the sweetest and helped to revive my hair after struggling with dryness this past winter. I always love the way she leaves my bangs and I appreciate how knowledgeable about products and treatments she is! If you visit the Vault, you will be in for a high quality experience. While I have worked specifically with Maribel and Carmen, the entire staff is always so welcoming and friendly! I highly recommend this salon and will continue to be a loyal customer as long as I live in the Chicagoland area.
