Price inflation happens here. My haircut and partial highlights with Aubrey was fine. It was not better than I’ve gotten for half the price before I moved here from Kirkland. It was advertised as $47+$82 for the cut and partial foils but I ended up being charged nearly $300 thanks to the “extras” I was never given a chance to give informed consent to. This included a charge for the final styling (flat-ironing only), which is not classy Vault. And the product used for styling cost me $40; had I known I would have done my own hair (better). I was so disgusted with the hidden charges and the way Aubrey disguised them that I would never come back to The Vault if my life depended on it. I suspect and hope the business pressures pushed her to price gouge this way, but for me, I will never trust a stylist who charges extra for what she’s doing without telling you.

I love the location of this salon! It’s surrounded by shops and is right next to a candy/ ice cream shop. It’s pretty sweet! Then, when you walk into the salon it’s so chill and the service is awesome. I adore my stylist Ashlee. She always makes sure my hair looks it’s best. I also have taken our youngest (8) in to her and Ashlee made it the best experience! Just make sure that you arrive early enough to find parking.

Clean and great salon! I saw Estelle for a full balayage. She was so detailed orientated and really listened to me and what I wanted my hair to look like. I love how my hair turned out! Glad I could find a reliable place in this area.

From the moment I walked in I got a great feeling. It was a relaxing atmosphere, the shop was well laid out and inviting. They took me as a walk-in with a smile, and the gal who cut my hair (Madison) was very personable, listened to what I asked for, and then delivered a stellar cut! She was easy to talk to and seemed to know her stuff, so I went back for a color and had even more fun chatting and relaxing and I absolutely LOVE the color! You know it’s a good place when the employees speak highly of it and seem to enjoy their job.

Madison did my hair and it feels great! She made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process! Like any customer i was afraid that she would cut off more hair than I wanted but, she cut off the perfect amount! It still has length and it feels healthier. The lady at the front desk was so nice and welcoming! I would reccomend this place:)

She had a almost black to blond ombre to work with when I first came in, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome! The salon was very pretty, sound like they just did a new paint job and it was very clean and bright. Went to The Vault for the first time today, I had Madison as my stylist. She corrected my color and gave me the most beautiful, blended, nautual brunette look like I wanted.
