I have been here 2 times and both visits I had extremely terrible experiences with Helen. This last time in particular I needed my hair done for an influencer event the following day so I came to this salon in need of a TOUCH UP blonde on my roots, and the color matches no where close to the blonde I already had. It is now a silver blonde on my previous hair and brown on the touch up pieces when it used to be the perfect shade of blonde. I’m not sure why my other blonde was also bleached when all I requested was a touch up on my roots. My hair is still brown and extremely patchy in the 2inch touch up that was the reason for the visit. I have had the same hair style of blonde in the front pieces and blonde underneath for over 3 years now and have had a touch ups done about 20 times. Never have had someone say that I need to come back for a second appointment because they can’t lighten the brown until I came here . Also, BOTH times I left WITH MY EYEBROWS BLEACHED and there was dried bleach all over my face(that I didn’t notice until I got home) and burns on my forehead from the hairdressers carelessness. There was no attention to detail or care to fix these mistakes. I spent $120 for this and now have to go spend another $120 at my regular salon to fix these mistakes. So $120 for a butch job and now $120 for another appointment? Extremely disappointed. My friends and family keep laughing at this absolute train wreck that’s now my hair. I have over 20,000 followers and they will know my experience. BEWARE absolutely horrible excuse for a salon. I shouldn’t have to come back for another appointment for something that should have been done right the first time and now I have to go buy brown hair dye to dye my eyebrows back to the original color. Disappointing and sad. If I could give 0 stars I would.
