Lash extensions for $150 that lasted literally only 5 days. Poor quality for an extreme price. Cocky staff who think they’re better than others. A friend of mine went for highlights with hair only about a foot long and they were going to charge her $400 because “her hair was too thick.” She has relatively thin hair so?? What a rip off. Critical: ProfessionalismI messaged Vanity Lash through their Facebook messenger. Responded fairly quickly. I told them I wanted to make a haircut appointment; they asked me to give them my number so a stylist could message me to arrange the appointment. I waited all day and no one messaged me. I called the next day asking to make a haircut appointment, when they told me their haircut stylist are only there on certain days and would call me at the end of the day or the next morning to arrange an appointment. I messaged Vanity Lash through their Facebook messenger. Responded fairly quickly. I told them I wanted to make a haircut appointment; they asked me to give them my number so a stylist could message me to arrange the appointment. I waited all day and no one messaged me. I called the next day asking to make a haircut appointment, when they told me their haircut stylist are only there on certain days and would call me at the end of the day or the next morning to arrange an appointment. Critical: Professionalismi had high hopes since i’ve heard good things about vanity lash but when i went i called letting them know im outside, was told to wait in my car till they called me in. once i called again since i was over 20 min i was waiting they informed me she started a new client due to me not showing up even though i had called saying im outside for my appointment. i go in she cuts my hair in a makeup chair that keeps swinging around yes they gave me a discount and were nice but later that day i notice i still have long strands of hair. my hair before was long close to my butt and was cut to my shoulder even though i showed her the length i wanted she still cut it shorter. overall i wasn’t impressedi had high hopes since i’ve heard good things about vanity lash but when i went i called letting them know im outside, was told to wait in my car till they called me in. once i called again since i was over 20 min i was waiting they …More

i had high hopes since i’ve heard good things about vanity lash but when i went i called letting them know im outside, was told to wait in my car till they called me in. once i called again since i was over 20 min i was waiting they informed me she started a new client due to me not showing up even though i had called saying im outside for my appointment. i go in she cuts my hair in a makeup chair that keeps swinging around yes they gave me a discount and were nice but later that day i notice i still have long strands of hair. my hair before was long close to my butt and was cut to my shoulder even though i showed her the length i wanted she still cut it shorter. overall i wasn’t impressed
