Every penny seems invested in the aesthetic only and nothing else, certainly not service. This place never should have received capital without a solid business plan or management. They lost estheticians, staff, and numerous clients because of this. There are kinks to work out with any new business but I’m not shocked they didn’t last. Their appointment and communication system lacked common sense, consistency, and was a nightmare for clients.

Luxurious, modern and clean. Unless you’re in LA or New York you don’t find places like this. Wow! Everyone was so friendly and courteous. Derrick’s sports massage is the best I’ve ever had. This guy is good!! I’m going back every other week. I highly recommend them. It’s a pleasure to support this brand new small business as they reopen. And I like that they primarily do online appointment bookings.

Let me start off by saying this spa is absolutely gorgeous and has infinite potential. I found the urban stone a few months back and started seeing their ONLY esthetician for facials & dermaplane, she was flipping fantastic. My skin has never been better after seeing her only a few times. I just got the news that she is no longer with the urban stone.. which is so upsetting. She transformed my skin in the matter of a few sessions, and I will be following her wherever she ends up going.
