I had a wonderful massage at Urban Muse with Onkar. She was very knowledgeable about massage and the body. She made small conversation with me, which was pleasant, but also gave me some time to myself to enjoy the silence and relax. I used the relaxation room after my massage which was simply tranquil. They have delicious teas and some little snacks to enjoy. Their retail shop is also very nice, filled with crystals and other fun little gifts. I will most certainly be back! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

My favorite spot to pamper myself!!! They have some amazing massage and facial services. I love their Lounge, which is so peaceful and they fresh hot tea to rejuvenate. Their staff serve with such good and gentle care, for facial or massage. I have been to couple of facials and Swedish massages, was never disappointed. But call ahead to schedule and arrive early to relax in the lounge!!

Had a double facial and massage service. The accommodations are pretty nice even though there’s no showering option to complete the cleanse experience. This review of absolute excellence all goes to the massage person Heather. She was above and beyond any expectation I could have dreamed of . It’s incredible that such a young woman had so much wisdom and depth within her hands and touch. I was nervous because I was experiencing pains in various parts of my body and was afraid to be handled in those places where I experienced pain, but she was absolutely wonderful. Not only checking in with the how much pressure to apply, but truly applying such an intelligent, warm and releasing pressure. It was an absolutely spiritual journey, the massage felt therapeutic and even healing in the state that I was in. I came in a broken tired person and left rejuvenated and renewed..so grateful!

I have been a customer here since we moved to the area 5 years ago. The staff is always kind and professional. Have always had an amazing experience. However, what says the most about a business to me is how they respond when things don’t go according to plan. Today, the website glitched and didn’t schedule the reservation that I had booked. I didn’t get the usual confirmation email/text, which was an oversight on my part due to new mom sleep deprivation. I had booked a facial as a treat since my travel plans fell through last minute & I didn’t get the break I was hoping for. I had arranged for childcare and rushed down to Urban Muse only to feel crestfallen when I found out the website never actually took my reservation. The staff was soooooo unbelievably kind. They booked me for the following day and offered me a sauna on the house. I literally cried tears of joy. Never has a staff been so kind and accommodating, and right when I needed it most. Patronize this establishment!! It is so rare to have a business that takes its customer service to heart the way that they do. You won’t regret it!

I have been here a few times now and every time has been better than the last! My most recent experience was with the ultimate destress package and it was phenomenal. Everyone is so caring and kind and makes you feel very relaxed. They gifted me with a local treat which so sweet and unexpected! I love coming here to relax and reset.

I walk into into the urban muse after reading good reviews! The place is very pretty with a store and pretty waiting area. All the staff is nice. I have a lot of pain and pressure is the only help I’ve found. I paid 200 for a deep tissue hoping it would have the trick to make my back feel better. The massage was nice but the whole time I didn’t feel much in the way of massage. Left feeling the same and paying a lot of money for a confusing experience
