Had a couples massage and facial done for my mother’s birthday gift. This was the best experience!! Massages were beyond perfect. You know it’s a good massage when they take good care of your feet and hands! The facials were so relaxing my mom fell asleep. Will be coming back again!

I booked an appointment for an iconic foot bath and a spa pedicure. I arrived at my appointment only to be told it was cancelled due not being able to reach me to obtain a credit card for the 50% deposit. They said they left a voice mail and texted; I received neither. No voice-mail, no text. The only communication that I have received from Upper Hand Day Spa was an appointment confirmation email sent on 7/28. This is how you treat a first time customer? Nice.

Ashley truly is a person of character. Although I arrived late she still took her time with my massage and explained everything as she went. I thought that she would rush but she didn’t. She did great and her character spoke volumes. This is the reason I am giving it a 5 star. Thanks Ashley!
