I’ve been going here for 15 years and have never had a bad experience. I just wish the ultrabronze was cheaper because it’s my favorite!! But the mega bed and VHR are a close second. Always great, friendly service.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityStood there for a half hour (when they were dead quiet) to be told by the person at the desk that I would only be allowed to tan for 2 minutes (!!!) because I am “not a member” and “because of my skin type.” Um, I’m very dark complected and have never burned in my life, and she could have told me that before she charged me $16, which of course will take several business days to be refunded. I was traveling for work and just walked to do a drop in, like I’ve done at a ton of other places. It has never been a problem anywhere but here, and I’m sorry, but who in their right mind thinks charging $16 for TWO minutes is even remotely reasonable?! Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis is literally a TERRIBLE excuse for a tanning salon. I went here last week for a spray tan, I told the lady at the counter 3 different times I wanted a bronze coat, not the clear coat. When my spray tan was finished, I noticed I had no color change at all. 24 hours passed still with no color change, so I called the salon and they agreed to give me a courtesy tan because their new employee messed up my tan. I went in today for my courtesy tan, not only did the want me to pay for the tan maximizer, but they also wanted me to pay for the tan extender. After I clearly told them I shouldn’t have to pay for the extras, I went ahead and did so. After the front desk lady didn’t want to help me, I told her I wanted a full refund and would like to speak to a manager. She rudely told me there wasn’t one available and they don’t allow refunds. I told her to cancel my tan and I’m going back down the road to Classic Tan. Being a store manager myself, you always try to do the best for your customers. This is literally a TERRIBLE excuse for a tanning salon. I went here last week for a spray tan, I told the lady at the counter 3 different times I wanted a bronze coat, not the clear coat. Overall the staff is very helpful and reliable. Although i did go there the other day and paid EXTRA for one of their top-notch beds (it’s a 30 min bed that they say you could do 3 times a month to maintain a tan) and the lamp right above the face was out and that i had to scoot down (with my feet out of the tanning bed) to get a tan on my face….. I told the woman at the desk afterwards and she never apologized nor did she really care. I was quite taken back and it makes me wonder if she was even listening to me.

I had an account here and moved away. I went in to cancel it, and the girl told me “oh just freeze it”. So I did what she told me. A year later, and I just noticed charges on my account again. Thank goodness I check my accounts otherwise I would’ve just been charged for nothing. I called and they were less than understanding telling me I signed a paper stating that it was okay to “re-open” my account. No refund offered. Kind of ridiculous if you ask me.

This was the 2nd stop that my wife and I made in our quest for a new tanning salon. We were delighted to be offered a walk through without having to be asked, but were disgusted to see the cleanliness, or lack thereof, in this salon.

Some of the staff is educated and knowledgeable. There is normally no wait time. Unsure of where the bathrooms were. There was old trash in the trash can. The rest seemed clean. One of the beds I went to the radio didn’t work at all.

The bed literally literally shot out solution and I know I got major color from it the girl at the front desk was very kind and professional and they had a Fourth of July special which I really appreciate and I plan on joining you as soon as this weekend thank you very much for making my fourth of July a lot more relaxing I needed it
