Critical: Cleanliness, ValueMy experience with Ultimate Tan last spring was frustrating and disappointing- they refused to offer any assistance over the phone, billed me for months of tanning that I was *unable* to use, and denied my request to apply those months as credit toward future months, when I *would* be able to use them.
