I recently had their signature facial with dermaplaning and wasn’t totally impressed, unfortunately. I was excited to come here for the first time. The location is clean and beautiful, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However the facial experience was just okay. It seemed like hardly anything was done other than initial face wash, dermaplane, a sheet mask and sat under a red light for like 10 minutes or so. Only a few extractions were done. The dermaplaning could have been done better and a lot of spots were missed. I was told to make a second appointment for extractions. This was after they called me to reschedule my booked time, and this appointment still started almost 20 minutes late. The whole facial was less than an hour. Maybe injectables are more their forté, but sadly I won’t be back for a facial 🙁
