I came to The Total You with a friend of mine and the entire experience was extremely unprofessional and unorganized. No one seemed to know what they were doing and everyone seemed very inexperienced. I didn’t feel comfortable moving forward with my procedure bc I didn’t feel confident in their experience level or the disorganization of the spa.

Even with my laser treatments, she was very gentle.. comforting for me because my last session at another med spa was very painful.
