Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went in for a spray tan, opened the door and it started spraying. I threw my dress on while it was still on and went out to let the lady know. She called the manager and you could hear the employee defending me saying, “no, she isn’t trying to do that, she came out dry” implying that I was trying to get sprayed twice for free mind you, once I actually got in, the machine was sticky inside and one of the nozzles was sputtering out product before it became unblocked and started spraying product out as it should normally. Anyway, I’ve never had that happen to me before so I’m wondering if the button had stuck? Not sure but after the employee talked to the manager she told me that the manager said that I would have had to push the button for it to start.. but I didn’t.Also, when I signed up for this place I paid with a visa gift card and the woman told me that she would put a note in the account to remind me to put a different card on file, so that I wouldn’t be charged a fee when it automatically tried to draft from my account. She was super nice about the fact that I was new and would have to get familiar with the new billing and told me they would remind me before getting charged. I appreciated that because I am a very busy person and thought I could trust them on their word. That didn’t happen and they charged me a fee on top of my membership fee. It wouldn’t be a problem if Brittany wasn’t so rude about it. She literally told me it wasn’t her job to remind me. Lol ok, maybe not, but why were the other people so nice about it? She had such a bad attitude that I told her if this is the way I was to be treated she could just close my account. Still with her ridiculous attitude, she said, “ok!” And grabbed a cancellation form. Before I just walked out she said she would have her manager call me to talk about the situation.. I have yet to receive a phone call or a text.I have been tanning all of my life and have only had pleasant experiences with any salon that I have been to. Not this one. Super bummed because this salon was conveniently located close to my house. During the COVID shutdown I was eagerly awaiting them opening.
