As the very first salon to bring threading to local area shopping malls in Massachusetts, The Threading Spa, started in a small cart-kiosk at Square One Mall in Saugus of 2006. Although threading is considered to be an ancient hair removal technique, it was a very new concept to the area. Threading was practically unheard of back then. As word got out, and clients were wowed by their amazing results, we now own and operate several locations in the state. Threading has gained immense popularity, as threading salons are popping up everywhere. Fast forward 10+ years, and we have an incredibly loyal client following and are offering more beauty services to enhance our clients’ eyebrows and eyelashes.

Critical: ProfessionalismI usually get Tripti to get my brows done and she does a fabulous job and takes her time. I went in there yesterday and I should’ve trusted my instincts not to have gotten them done because Tripti wasn’t there. She has always done my eyebrows and usually takes about 20 minutes to a half an hour to get them done. Some other woman literally took five minutes (if even that!) to do both of my eyebrows. After telling her I really like my bushy eyebrows … she said no problem. She handed me the mirror to look at my eyebrows! One eyebrow had the end totally taken off. I asked her why she did that. And she tried to tell me that it was like that! Wow! The other one didn’t even look close. She told me she could take more off to make it look like the other one! But I declined. After what she did to me I will never go back. I have been going there for years. I come all the way from Nantucket to get my brows done. I was pretty horrified! And extremely disappointed. And my eyebrows look ridiculous! If I were to give a five star review I would give it to Tripti in a heartbeat! She did a perfect job and the arch of my eyebrow was amazing.
