I don’t normally like to write a bad review but the service I got today at The Threading Spa at the Cambridgeside Galleria was so poor that I thought I’d write. I went to get my eyebrows done on April 12th in the morning. The technician was on the phone the whole time and snapped her fingers at me or poked me every time she wanted me to do something. She was talking on the phone even as she accepted payment. She was very rude. Very Very poor service. Since she wasn’t paying attention, the 2 eyebrows were uneven. I probably will never go to that place every again. I would suggest you do the same and find elsewhere for your threading services.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI usually come here to get my eyebrows cleaned up. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! The older indian lady completely ruined my eyebrows. She threaded them, and it was more painful than usual. My eyebrows are naturally arched, and when she finished not only were my eyebrows straight, they were NOT even at all in length, and my right eyebrow was swollen because it was so painful!!!!More than half my eyebrow hair is gone. When I asked for a refund, she told me she couldnt, and when she saw I was clearly upset, she went to grab cash and threw it at me on the counter. I usually come here to get my eyebrows cleaned up. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! The older indian lady completely ruined my eyebrows. She threaded them, and it was more painful than usual. I did lash lift there. Just look at the pictures, no words are needed. And when I came back to tell them that I am very disappointed with the result as it’s not really what I expected, I was told NO REFUND. I feel miserable. My eyes are irritated and now I’m concerned about what to do with my lashes to look like normal again

I honestly don’t understand all the negative reviews. I been doing my eyebrows here for over 8 years. I go to Sarita. I never had an issue. I also travel far because I won’t allow anyone else to touch my eyebrows but her. All the women are nice and the place is clean. I have full thick eyebrows with an arch. I get compliments where ever I go. People think I draw them in. I will continue to go to this place.

I called to ask about an employee that she did my eyebrows last time, the lady at the front desk she didn’t give me a chance to even talk to her and she don’t know how to bring people to business. I am so disappointed ☹️. Before I even finish my words she hang up the phone on me. I will never come to this place ever and if that lady still work there she will make all client never come back .
