If you go here please ask for Pradipa I’m not sure what days she works but she does my eyebrows the best . Everytime I ask for a clean up on my brows she does exactly what I ask . DONT GO HERE! Had been going here for a while but they ruined my eyebrows (this is the second time I’ve had this experience and I thought the first time it was just a fluke but clearly they are not good anymore, shame on me for trusting them again). Took a giant chunk from the inner part of one of my brows (so hard to grow back) so much so that the brow practically starts at the middle of my eye. The other one is fine. I never leave reviews but it looks so bad and I can’t even fix it with makeup. I don’t think anyone should have to deal with that. Called to get my money back and they wanted me to come back so they can “fix it” and take half of my other eyebrow off. After asking for my money back, they hung up on me. Called back, hung up again. Called back, wouldn’t answer.

The lady is nice but the slow threading she did was very painful as I could feel it plucking and pulling my skin and didn’t even put any soothing gel afterwards. Even shape given to eyebrows was not symmetrical.

Absolutely horrible. I have been here before and several other girls have done my brows but the girl tonight totally botched it. I could tell when my eyebrows were being done that nothing was precise and chunks of my eyebrow hair were being pulled from multiple locations. She took off WAY too much on the inner part of my brow which has been the hardest for me to grow. Horrible experience and have lost all trust in the place.

I told her just a little cleanup because it took me a long time to grow my eyebrows and they were nice and thick when I left there thinners anyting I was not happy there’s nothing I could say at that point because it’s too late but when I suggest a little cleanup I did not say I need to shape on thinner
