I wasn’t sure if I was going to like the way my eyebrows would come out after getting them tinted for the first time, but let me tell you at first I was upset that one seemed thicker than the other. After a day or two it started fading and I started loving them!! My eyebrows look full and I will be going back again!

I have been requesting cancellation of my membership for the past three weeks. They always said that the person that should be able to do that is the manager. Around two and half weeks ago they told me I was all set. They withdrew the money again from my bank account. I have been leaving messages for manager for the past week and they tell me she’s going to call back. I’m requesting reimbursement of the fees and immediate cancellation. It has been a nightmare don’t know what else to do.

If I could give this a 0 I would. I came in to get my lashes done for prom. Not only did it take over twice as long as it should have, they glued one of my eyes shut during the application. Which, they’re solution to unsticking my eye was to rip my eye back open. After the application, that eye was constantly irritated. In less than a week, almost every lash fell out on that eye (the other lasted longer). I have experience with lash extensions and this level of fall out was never the case in the past. When I asked for a refund, I was told to provide my information and someone higher up will contact me. But they also informed me no one gets a refund no matter the individual experience. They gave the alternative or redoing my lashes, but with the bad experience I informed them that I was no longer comfortable coming back to their facility. It has now been over three weeks since I provided my information and I still have not been contacted. If you want to get your lashes done, I recommend finding a place where this type of service will not be done to you. It is a waste of your money and time to come to The Threading Club.

I love this place!! I always see “B” she’s quick and less pain lol! Thought I’d never get “threaded” like screw that! Haha! But “B” makes it easier, she does it so dam perfect and her “tinting” is to perfection as well! Been loving my eyebrows since see Ms. B here at the threading shop. I love this place and I’m happy that there is finally a threading boutique on Elmwood that also offers Henna tattoo, facial waxing, and more with a very reasonable price. Meena, the owner is a beautiful soul and very accommodating. My eyebrows look amazing. She did exactly what I wanted . Shape wise and I recieved a beautiful henna tattoo! Thank you meena . And I highly recommend it I will definitely come back again soon.
